Commission-Based · Flexible · Room to Grow

Represent Cultural Learning Journeys, Educational Institution Partnerships, or both.

StoryBridge is building a small network of independent representatives who can introduce the right prospective participants to our Nepal journeys and help open thoughtful conversations with faculty, study-abroad offices, academic departments, and educational leaders. Cultural Learning Journey enrollments may develop more quickly, while Educational Institution Partnerships often require a longer institutional timeline; both pathways are central to StoryBridge’s growth. The role begins without salary or guaranteed hours and is compensated only through successful outcomes defined in a written representative agreement. As StoryBridge expands, strong representatives may later be considered for separately selected, trained, paid, seasonal contract Trip Director assignments.

Two Representative Pathways

Support the programs and relationships that fit your network.

Representatives may focus on Cultural Learning Journey participants, educational institution relationships, or a combination of both. Participant outreach often moves more quickly because individuals make their own enrollment decisions, while institutional outreach builds longer-term partnerships.

Bring People Together

Share StoryBridge with friends, colleagues, community groups, educators, travelers, and others seeking a more meaningful way to experience Nepal. This is the most direct pathway for new representatives, with commission earned on qualifying paid Cultural Learning Journey enrollments attributed to you under a written agreement.

Educational Institution Partnerships

Open the Right Doors

Introduce StoryBridge to faculty, academic departments, study-abroad offices, and global-learning leaders when you have a genuine connection. Educational institution opportunities usually require a longer development timeline, and StoryBridge leads the formal program conversation as interest progresses.

How It Works

Connect. Build trust. Grow with the program.

1

Learn StoryBridge

We provide core messaging, program information, referral guidance, and direct support so you can speak about StoryBridge accurately and confidently.

2

Make Meaningful Introductions

Use your own relationships, outreach, and community connections to introduce prospective participants or educational institution contacts who may be a strong fit.

3

Earn & Build Experience

Earn commission on qualifying enrollments and develop the communication, recruitment, and program knowledge that can lead to deeper StoryBridge roles.

Earn While You Build

Clear terms before outreach begins.

This independent opportunity has no base salary, guaranteed hours, or guaranteed earnings; all compensation is commission-based. Representatives may work with Cultural Learning Journeys, Educational Institution Partnerships, or both. The commission rate, qualifying outcome, referral attribution, and payment timing are confirmed in writing before outreach begins. The two pathways may use different structures because the work and timelines differ.

Cash Commission Track

Earn the commission stated in your written representative agreement for each qualifying paid enrollment or other specifically defined successful outcome attributed to your work.

  • No required purchase to become a representative
  • No promise or guarantee of earnings
  • Commission rate and payment timing confirmed in writing
  • Cultural Learning Journey commission is confirmed in writing before outreach begins
  • For Educational Institution Partnerships, representatives currently earn $250 for each fully enrolled student attributed to them, subject to the written agreement

Travel Reward Track

Representatives who prefer firsthand program experience may choose an approved travel-reward pathway instead of receiving all qualifying earnings as cash.

  • Designed for people who may not otherwise be able to afford the journey
  • Travel rewards are earned through confirmed paid enrollments
  • Cash commission and travel rewards are not automatically stacked
  • Eligibility, milestones, available departures, and covered costs are confirmed in writing before outreach begins
Earn Your Way to Nepal

Turn successful referrals into firsthand experience.

For representatives choosing the travel-reward pathway, qualifying Cultural Learning Journey enrollments may build toward a hosted StoryBridge journey under the milestones and availability stated in the written agreement.

1–5

Paid Journey Enrollments

Earn commission under your written representative plan, or elect in advance to apply qualifying earnings toward future StoryBridge travel.

6

Hosted Program Place

A representative reaching six qualifying paid Cultural Learning Journey enrollments may become eligible for a waived StoryBridge program fee on an available Cultural Learning Journey.

8

Program + Airfare Support

At eight qualifying paid Cultural Learning Journey enrollments, the travel pathway may include the hosted program place plus round-trip economy airfare support up to the cap stated in the representative agreement. Placement on a specific departure remains subject to availability.

How trip placement works: earning a hosted StoryBridge journey does not guarantee a place on the next departure. Representative travel places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows. If an upcoming trip is already full, an eligible representative may be scheduled on a future StoryBridge journey, subject to availability and the terms of the written representative agreement. Unless expressly included in writing, passports, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and expenses outside the StoryBridge program remain the traveler’s responsibility.

A Path Into International Travel Work

Grow toward seasonal Trip Director contracts.

As StoryBridge expands, selected representatives with strong communication, judgment, reliability, and firsthand program knowledge may be invited to apply for trained, paid, seasonal contract Trip Director assignments supporting specific Cultural Learning Journey or Educational Institution Partnership departures.

Trip Director assignments are separate from the commission-based representative opportunity and are offered through a separate seasonal contract. They require additional selection, training, availability for specific departures, and demonstrated program fit.
