Become a StoryBridge Representative
StoryBridge is building a small network of thoughtful independent representatives who can introduce prospective adult travelers, faculty, study-abroad teams, and educational institutions to one of our two distinct Nepal pathways. Representatives may focus on one pathway or both. This is a commission-based opportunity with no base salary or guaranteed earnings.

StoryBridge’s 2027 model now has two clearly separated pathways: faculty-led Educational Institution Partnerships and Mindful Cultural Immersion & Adventure journeys for independent adult travelers. Representatives help make authentic introductions; StoryBridge leads formal program conversations, registration, program development, and in-country delivery.

Independent-traveler referrals may move more quickly because individuals make their own travel decisions. Educational institution partnerships usually require a longer planning and approval cycle but can create recurring future cohorts.
Mindful Cultural Immersion & Adventure
Introduce adults who want a more thoughtful way to experience Nepal: small-group travel, optional yoga and meditation, sacred sites, heritage, local food, coffee, mountain landscapes, rafting, reflection, and open time to explore. This is not an academic or service-learning trip.
Educational Institution Partnerships
Introduce StoryBridge to faculty, study-abroad offices, academic departments, and global education leaders. StoryBridge develops 12–14-day faculty-led programs around academic goals, institutional requirements, small cohorts, and 2027 January-through-mid-May planning windows.

Earn on Qualifying Results
Compensation is tied to qualifying paid enrollments or other specifically defined outcomes under a written representative agreement, with terms established before outreach begins.

The representative role has no base salary, guaranteed hours, or guaranteed earnings. The two StoryBridge pathways can use different compensation structures because their enrollment and institutional timelines are different.
Independent-Traveler Referrals
Representatives may earn commission or approved StoryBridge travel credit for qualifying paid Mindful Cultural Immersion & Adventure enrollments attributed to them under a written agreement.

- Referral attribution and payment timing confirmed before outreach
Educational Institution Partnerships
For the current institutional representative model, StoryBridge provides $250 per fully enrolled student attributed to the representative, subject to the written representative agreement and the final institutional program structure.

- StoryBridge leads formal faculty and administrative discussions
- Commission is tied to fully enrolled students, not introductions alone
- Final attribution and payment timing are documented in writing
A travel pathway for representatives who want firsthand experience.
Instead of taking all qualifying independent-traveler earnings as cash, an approved representative may elect in advance to build toward StoryBridge travel under the milestones stated in the written agreement.
Qualifying Paid Enrollments
Earn commission under your written plan, or elect in advance to apply qualifying earnings toward future StoryBridge travel.
Hosted Program Place
A representative reaching six qualifying paid independent-traveler enrollments may become eligible for a waived StoryBridge program fee on an available departure.
Program + Airfare Support
At eight qualifying paid enrollments, the travel pathway may include the hosted program place plus round-trip economy airfare support up to the cap stated in the representative agreement.
Grow toward future seasonal Trip Director contracts.
As StoryBridge expands, selected representatives with strong communication, judgment, reliability, cultural sensitivity, and firsthand program knowledge may be invited to apply for trained, paid, seasonal contract Trip Director assignments supporting specific departures.
Trip Director work is separate from the representative role and requires additional selection, training, availability, and a separate seasonal contract.
You do not need a traditional travel-industry résumé.
We are interested in thoughtful people who communicate well, follow through, respect cultural partnerships, and genuinely enjoy connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
This may especially appeal to people interested in international travel, global education, relationship-based outreach, flexible commission work, or a future pathway into seasonal group leadership.
