StoryBridge Nepal Opportunities

Become a StoryBridge Representative

Earn commission. Help people discover Nepal. Build toward future paid Trip Director opportunities.

A flexible, relationship-based opportunity for people who want to help grow meaningful adult journeys and university programs while building experience in international educational travel.

Commission-Based · Flexible · Room to Grow

Looking for a path into international travel work without beginning in a traditional office job?

StoryBridge is building a small network of representatives who can introduce the right people to our programs. The representative role begins as 100% commission-based. As the program grows, successful representatives may also be considered for trained, paid, part-time Trip Director positions.

Two Ways to Build StoryBridge

Start with the relationships you already have.

Representatives may focus on adult travelers, university relationships, or a combination of both.

Bring People Together

Share StoryBridge with friends, colleagues, community networks, travelers, educators, and others looking for a more meaningful way to experience Nepal. Commission is earned on qualifying paid enrollments attributed to you.

University Partnerships

Open the Right Doors

Introduce StoryBridge to faculty, academic departments, study-abroad offices, and global-education leaders. University opportunities often develop over a longer timeline and are supported directly by StoryBridge as conversations progress.

How It Works

Connect. Build trust. Grow with the program.

1

Learn StoryBridge

We provide core messaging, program information, referral guidance, and direct support so you can speak about StoryBridge accurately and confidently.

2

Make Meaningful Introductions

Use your own relationships, outreach, and community connections to introduce adults or university contacts who may be a strong fit.

3

Earn & Build Experience

Earn commission on qualifying enrollments and develop the communication, recruitment, and program knowledge that can lead to deeper StoryBridge roles.

Earn While You Build

Choose the goal that makes sense for you.

The representative opportunity begins without a salary or guaranteed hours. Compensation is based on successful, qualifying enrollments or partnership outcomes under a written representative agreement.

Cash Commission Track

Earn an agreed commission for each qualifying paid enrollment or other defined successful outcome attributed to your work.

  • No required purchase to become a representative
  • No promise or guarantee of earnings
  • Commission rate and payment timing confirmed in writing
  • Adult and university opportunities may use different commission structures

Travel Reward Track

Representatives who would rather experience StoryBridge firsthand may elect to apply qualifying commissions and rewards toward a hosted adult journey in Nepal.

  • Designed for people who may not otherwise be able to afford the journey
  • Travel rewards are earned through confirmed paid enrollments
  • Cash commission and travel rewards are not automatically stacked
  • Eligibility and covered costs are confirmed in writing before outreach begins
Earn Your Way to Nepal

Turn successful referrals into firsthand experience.

For representatives choosing the travel-reward pathway, the current adult-program model is designed around simple enrollment milestones.

1–5

Paid Adult Enrollments

Earn commission under your written representative plan, or elect to apply qualifying earnings toward future StoryBridge travel.

6

Hosted Program Place

A representative reaching six qualifying paid adult enrollments may become eligible for a waived StoryBridge adult-program fee on an available StoryBridge adult journey.

8

Program + Airfare Support

At eight qualifying paid adult enrollments, the travel pathway may include the hosted program place plus round-trip economy airfare support up to the cap stated in the representative agreement. Placement on a specific departure remains subject to availability.

How trip placement works: earning a hosted StoryBridge journey does not guarantee a place on the next departure. Representative travel places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows. If an upcoming trip is already full, an eligible representative may be scheduled on a future StoryBridge journey, subject to availability and the terms of the written representative agreement. Unless expressly included in writing, passports, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, and expenses outside the StoryBridge program remain the traveler’s responsibility.

A Path Into International Travel Work

Grow toward a paid Trip Director role.

As StoryBridge expands, selected representatives with strong communication, judgment, reliability, and firsthand program knowledge may be invited to apply for trained, paid, part-time Trip Director positions supporting future adult or university groups.

Trip Director roles are separate from the commission-based representative opportunity and require additional selection, training, availability, and demonstrated program fit.
