StoryBridge Nepal is building a small, carefully selected team of University Partnership Representatives to help grow meaningful university relationships and support real-world, field-based global learning experiences in Nepal. This is a leadership opportunity for strong communicators, thoughtful relationship-builders, and people excited to help shape faculty-led programs from the first conversation through field experience.

The Role at a Glance

Representatives are not simply making introductions. They help lead the relationship, support program development, and build trust with university partners.

Build Partnerships

Identify strong university fits, connect with faculty and study abroad contacts, and guide schools through early planning conversations.

Lead with Confidence

Serve as a primary point of contact for your schools while helping shape a program that feels academically strong, grounded, and personal.

Support the First Session

Many representatives will help support their first session in Nepal alongside the StoryBridge Nepal team, building firsthand understanding and leadership experience.

Who This Is For

This opportunity may be a strong fit for educators, former educators, study abroad professionals, parents of college-aged students, independent partnership-builders, and people with strong university or community networks. We are looking for people who can communicate clearly, represent the program with integrity, and help universities feel confident about building a pilot experience.

Why This Model Works

StoryBridge Nepal is intentionally small-group, relationship-based, and rooted in direct local partnership. Representatives help make that possible by bringing in the right schools and helping shape the right fit from the beginning.

Earn Your Way to Nepal

Representatives who successfully help enroll a full student group may be invited to take part in their first StoryBridge Nepal session as a supported field experience and leadership opportunity.

First-Time Pilot Reward

After helping secure a minium of 8 to 10 students, first-time commission partners may be invited to experience Nepal firsthand as part of the pilot model.

What Is Covered

  • Flights covered
  • Accommodation covered
  • Full participation in the program experience
  • Lunch and dinner not included

Flexible Enrollment Model

Students do not need to come from one university alone. Representatives may build toward a full session across multiple schools, as long as the minimum enrollment is reached.

Built for the Pilot Phase

This early-stage opportunity is designed for people who want to help shape the program from the beginning and grow with it in a meaningful way.

Program Structure

The representative model is designed to support realistic growth while keeping each session focused, personal, and academically meaningful.

Small Cohorts

A session runs with 8 or more students, and those students do not need to come from one university. Cohorts may be formed within a single school or across multiple universities.

Faculty-Led Format

Each 12-day session is designed for up to 12 students plus up to 2 faculty members, for a maximum of 14 participants.

Growth Potential

Representatives may work with more than one university over time, building multiple cohorts and creating strong long-term earning potential.

Program Focus in Nepal

StoryBridge Nepal offers field-based learning experiences that combine cultural exchange, community partnership, coffee education, cultural exploration, and faculty-led reflection.

Designed for Real Experience

The current model centers on immersive 12-day sessions, with one 22-day extended option available in limited cases. The experience is designed to feel personal, grounded, and academically meaningful rather than generic or transactional.

Compensation and Growth Path

This is a commission-based representative opportunity designed for independent, motivated people who want to build meaningful partnerships and be rewarded for results.

Earning Potential

  • A full group creates strong earning potential per session
  • Representatives may work with multiple universities over time

Leadership Opportunity

This is not a traditional referral role. Representatives help shape relationships, support program development, and grow with the model from an early stage.

Supported Growth

We are building this carefully and looking for people who want to grow with the program over time, not simply make introductions and move on.

Future Roles

Strong representatives may be considered for future roles such as Trip Director, Regional Partnership Lead, or other program support positions as StoryBridge Nepal expands.

What You Help Make Possible

Representatives play a direct role in helping students and faculty step into a meaningful, field-based learning experience in Nepal.

Cultural Exchange

Help create opportunities for students to engage across cultures with openness, respect, and curiosity through direct community connection.

Faculty-Led Learning

Support programs designed around small-group, academically grounded experiences that feel personal, intentional, and real.

Lasting Impact

Your work helps shape experiences students will carry with them long after they return — in their studies, perspective, and sense of global citizenship.

Program Seasons

StoryBridge Nepal operates during select parts of the year, with primary program windows in January through mid-March, late April through mid-May, and mid-October through mid-December.

Pilot Advantage

Early representatives have the opportunity to help shape how this model grows, build relationships from the beginning, and become part of a carefully developed pilot program under Kids Share Workshops as StoryBridge Nepal.

Work Across Multiple Schools

You are not limited to one college. Representatives may build relationships across many schools, with the goal of reaching the minimum enrollment needed to launch a full session.
